Yes. HomeVax Direct, our Home Vaccine Program, sends pharmacist-led teams to homebound patients, personal care homes, and assisted living communities across Philadelphia County.

Yes, walk-in immunizations including flu and COVID-19 are available in-store. Call ahead if you’d like anything prepared in advance.

Yes, at no additional cost. Medications are sorted into blister packs by date and time to help reduce missed doses, and can be delivered to your door.

Homebound individuals, residents of personal care homes and assisted living communities, and patients referred by home health, hospice, or medical practices across Philadelphia County.

There’s no cost to the facility. For patients, we don’t charge anything more for the home visit itself than what their insurance already covers — we bill insurance directly and there’s no extra visit fee.
