Home Vaccine Program
About HomeVax Direct
Pharmacist-led home vaccine visits for homebound patients, personal care homes, and assisted living communities across Philadelphia County — with a particular focus on elderly and homebound individuals. We do not charge patients anything more for the home visit itself than what their insurance already covers — there’s no extra fee for the visit; for facilities, there is no cost, since visits are billed directly to insurance.
We serve over 1,000 homebound patients annually through this program (a separate figure from total vaccine doses administered — see stats below).
Vaccines offered
Flu
COVID-19
Shingrix
pneumococcal (pneumonia)
RSV
MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)

and several other core recommended vaccines.
